XII Caucasian International Congress of Plastic Surgery and Dermatocosmetology – “Kolkhida 2018” was held in Hotel “Radisson” on 6th-8th of July, 2018. The Company “APTOS” and Georgian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery” – GeoPRAS were the organizers.
As usual, the congress deserved great interest from foreign colleagues. Leading specialists from the world’s 39 countries took part in it. Up to 700 delegates were registered on the whole.
The clinic “DeaMed” was actively involved in congress. Our doctors presented 3 reports to the audience:
- Professor Aleksiy Makharashvili – “Mistakes and complications during hair transplantation”.
- Phlebologist, Doctor of Medicine Irakli Papaskua – “Abilities of sclerotheraphy in aesthetics phlebology”.
- Dermatologist, Trichologist Maka Doghozashvili – “Objectives and possibilities of modern trichology”.
In addition to this, Professor Aleksiy Makharashvili was the moderator of one of the Plastic Surgery Sections.
