2003

თმის გადანერგვის სპეციალიზირებული კლინიკის -“Лысине-Нет” დაარსება, ქ. მოსკოვი.

2004

ალექსი მახარაშვილის ხემძღვანელობით ჩატარდა უნიკალური კვლევები, ქ.მოსკოვი.

2005

ალექსი მახარაშვილმა და დეა პაპასკირმა დააფუძნეს და განავითარეს კლინიკა „ჰეალაინ ინტერნეიშნლ“, ქ.თბილისი.

2005

ალექსი მახარაშვილის ორგანიზებით ჩატარდა ამიერკავკასიაში პირველი საერთაშორისო კონგრესი „ალოპეციის აქტუალური საკითხები“, ქ.თბილისი.

2007

მიღებულია პატენტი “თმის ტრანსპლანტაციის მეთოდი”, ქ. მოსკოვი.

2008

ალექსი მახარაშვილის სადოქტორო დისერტაციის დაცვა, ქ. თბილისი.

2009

ალექსი მახარაშვილის არჩევა საქართველოს ხარისხის მართვის უნივერსიტეტის სრულ პროფესორად, ქ.თბილისი.

2009

ალექსი მახარაშვილის და დეა პაპასკირის გაწევრიანება თმის აღდგენითი ქირურგიის საერთაშორისო საზოგადოებაში – ISHRS, აშშ.

2010

დეა პაპასკირის დისერტაციის დაცვა, ნაწიბურებში თმის გადანერგვა, ქ. მოსკოვი.

2011

პროფესორ ალექსი მახარაშვილის გამოგონებაზე მიღებული პატენტი: “აპარატი მიკროხვრელების ფორმირებისათვის თმის ტრანსპლანტაციის დროს”, ქ.თბილისი.

2014

ალექსი მახარაშვილმა შექმნა FUE მეთოდით გრძელი თმის გადანერგვის ტექნოლოგია

2015

თსსუ-ს შეიქმნა საკვალიფიკაციო პროგრამა სპეციალობაში თმის აუტოტრანსპლანტაცია. პროგრამის ავტორი და ხელმძღვანელი ალექსი მახარაშვილი, ქ. თბილისი.

2019

დაფუძნდა “საქართველოს თმის აღდგენის საზოგადოება” – GSHR, პრეზიდენტი ალექსი მახარაშვილი, ქ. თბილისი.

2020

შეიქმნა თმის გადანერგვის მაღალ ტექნოლოგიური ალგორითმი DeaMed-Standard, რომელიც იძლევა საუკეთესო შედეგს.
