From October 22 to 25, 2025, Berlin hosted the 33rd World Congress of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) – an event that proved to be the most significant gathering of the year in the field of hair transplantation and regenerative medicine.
The congress brought together 972 specialists from 71 countries, highlighting the dynamic progress of the field and the importance of global collaboration in advancing hair restoration science.

Representing “DeaMed”, the clinic’s founder and director, Professor Diana Dea Papaskiri, presented a clinical case titled “Hair Transplantation Using the FUE Technique in a Pediatric Patient with Post-Traumatic Alopecia.”

This presentation, delivered in the poster format, once again emphasized “DeaMed’s” innovative clinical practice, patient-centered approach, and full compliance with international standards.

During the congress, several outstanding professional achievements were also recognized:
- The “Golden Follicle Award” was presented to American surgeon Bradley Wolf.
- The “Platinum Follicle Award” went to Nigerian surgeon Sanusi Umar.

The congress program brought together leading experts, researchers and young specialists from around the world, creating an ideal platform for sharing knowledge and experience.
“Active participation in the international medical community is of great importance to us,” – noted Professor Diana Dea Papaskiri.
“Such events not only promote knowledge exchange but also strengthen trust between patients and doctors and that is DeaMed’s top priority.”
Clinic “DeaMed” continues to integrate international expertise and advanced technologies to ensure that hair transplantation in Georgia reaches the highest standards – providing patients with safe, aesthetic, and natural results.
